Cazam Institution is supported financially completely by parties interested in the research being done in the Institution. The highest contributor is the Cadian Government. There are no financial obligations for residents.
Admissions[]
Magic users can admit themselves to the institution. Most are either sent by the Cadian government or surrendered by their families.
Notable Trivia[]
Cazam Institution was built on the old Arsanaig settlement of Tokoldo, which was known for being a settlement for magic users who disagreed with the laws restricting magic users in Arsanaig.
