- It is the refurbished old capital of Adirian Caliphate: Cridhe na Talmhainn (heart of the earth). The city is built directly into the mountains, their shapes guide the architecture.
- Home to many including the Seod, the leader of the Neian Empire
- A place of study and of art, many artisans come here due to the frequent import of quality materials and of the facilities available. It is considered the ‘fashion capital’ of the continent.
- Neian, and specifically Skhirazer, is significantly more lenient on the usage of old technology. Skhirazer itself is partially run on old technology, being that it is built out of the old capital from the technologic age. Due to a treaty with Cadia, no technology is studied with the backing of the Empire.

Fashion brand and store in Skhirazer owned by Hafsa Miya Truong. Known for large cutouts, flashy jewelry, lengthy layered skirts, crop tops and bold geometric patterns. They base their fashions off of finds from the technologic age and claim they will close their shop when they reach 7000 individual designs.

Fashion brand and store in Skhirazer owned by Zane Avalos. It is known for long flowing gowns, intricate patterns, elaborate headwear, fitted pantsuits, and celestial themes. His latest collection is called ‘Leviathan’ and brings in oceanic and draconic themes, combined with the usual celestial concepts.
The Vibe[]
An exclusive nightclub. Every night hosts a theme, and attendees will be turned away if they don’t dress appropriately. It claims to host the most talented, provocative, and alluring dancers in Skhirazer.
Club Delirium[]
Its tagline is ‘For a good time, not a long time’ this nightclub hosts the more adventurous, and some would consider shadier, peoples of Skhirazer. Known for mind altering substances and hallucinogens, nudity and ‘loose morals’.
